To achieve the goals, Mr. Ashok acts as a mentor, adviser, and manager. He also encourages the concept of brainstorming and teamwork, and expects the staff members to propose creative answers to the issues, and further gives them scope to implement useful tools and solutions. In the process of company’s establishment, Mr. Sreenivasa Reddy, the Director of the company, has been associated with Mr. Ashok in developing the formula for the products of their respective company. He has more than 15 years experience in Pharma and FMCG. He is also responsible for the development, revision and implementation of the products’ formulas.
